Q. How our Little Nature Co. products made?
A. All of our products are made with Rapeseed and Coconut wax, with either essential oils or fragrance oils.
None of the products will ever be tested on animals or come from animal-derived ingredients. All products are Vegan and cruelty-free - and always will be!
Q. How are they packaged?
A. Our products are proudly plastic-free.
All items come wrapped in Eco Bio-degradable bubble wrap, inside a box with recyclable packaging, sealed with strong paper tape.
Q. Where do you deliver to/how long does it take?
A. We are able to fulfil orders to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping regulations, no orders containing reed diffusers can be sent outside of European addresses, as well as any items containing matches outside of the UK.
After a new order has been accepted, we begin creating your items immediately, with the majority of items being sent within 4 days of the order being received.
Q. How are your postage costs calculated?
A. Delivery to mainland UK typically starts from just £2, with international delivery costs starting from £6. These delivery costs are calculated on both the weight and contents of your purchase and will be displayed during checkout.
Q. My parcel arrived damaged, what can I do?
A. If upon receiving your order you find one or more of your items are damaged, please let us know as soon as possible! Please email us with the details of your delivery, including what was damaged, and attach a photograph of the damaged items. We will then arrange a refund/replacement ASAP.

Q. Why did you choose to move from Soy to Rapeseed and Coconut Wax?
A. The demand for both Coconut and Rapeseed wax is considerably less when compared to Soy, at Little Nature Co. we strive to be as earth friendly as possible. Read more on the sustainability of these waxes here
